EGGLESS MILKLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
🌟 INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
⅔ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 cups water
🌟 INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
* In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
* Whisk together to combine. Set aside.
* Add oil, vanilla, vinegar and water to a blender carafe.
* Blend together on medium speed until well combined.
* Pour wet ingredients into bowl of dry ingredients.
* Pour batter into ungreased 9″ x 13″ baking pan and bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

¼ cup milk
¼ cup butter

2½ cups powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
🌟 INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small saucepan over medium heat, add milk, butter and brown sugar. Whisk together and bring to a boil.
* Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
* Drizzle over cake, cupcakes, cookies, etc. immediately.
