**Ingredients:**
**Cake:**
- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Oil and flour for greasing
- Chocolate sprinkles for dusting
**Syrup:**
- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of milk
**Topping:**
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
**Instructions:**
**Cake:**
1. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, sugar, cornstarch, and flour until smooth.
2. Add baking powder and mix with a spoon.
3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 22cm diameter cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Allow it to cool and then unmold.
**Topping:**
1. In a saucepan, mix sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, and turn off 2 minutes after it starts to boil. Let it cool.
**Syrup:**
1. Dissolve sweetened condensed milk in milk.
**Assembly:**
1. Pierce the cake with a fork and drizzle with the syrup.
2. Cover with the chocolate topping and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
3. Serve in slices.
