WELL MARRIED CAKE WITH Dulce de Leche FILLING WITH NUTS
INGREDIENTS WELL MARRIED CAKE
DOUGH
3 eggs
3 tablespoons margarine
1 dessert spoon cornstarch
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
½ cup of wheat flour
½ cup of sugar
1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence
FILLING:
2 tablespoons of cream
2 cups of creamy dulce de leche
½ cup of crushed walnuts
DECORATION▫
3 tablespoons of creamy dulce de leche or caster sugar for sprinkling
crushed nuts (optional)
Puff Pastry
WELL MARRIED CAKE DOUGH
Separate the eggs and first beat the egg whites.
Vanilla essence and margarine.
Turn off the mixer a little and mix gently.
Flour, cornstarch and yeast.
Set aside a round baking dish measuring 24 cm in diameter and grease it.
Then pour the dough. Bake in a preheated medium-high oven.
At approximately (220ºC) for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and unmold while still hot.
When it is warm, divide it into two parts and set aside.
FILLING
Mix the dulce de leche, cream and chopped walnuts.
Take the cold dough and cut it in half and add the prepared filling.
DECORATION:
Use dulce de leche to decorate the wedding cake.
You can make some shapes on top or just pass.
The dulce de leche very lightly or just sprinkle refined sugar on top.
ASSEMBLY WELL MARRIED CAKE
Measure the puff pastry of the size you want to make the cake.
Add sugar to the dough and bake until golden.
The assembly must be made of puff pastry, dulce de leche with nuts.
Cake, dulce de leche with nuts and, finally, puff pastry.
TIP: You can make Bolo Bem Casado without using puff pastry. In this case, just use the Cake with the Filling and finish with dulce de leche or sprinkle with sugar and decorate with crushed nuts to finish, as shown in the images below.
