Tempting brownie recipe with walnuts, Italian meringue, dulce de leche and strawberries 🍓🍓
- 4 eggs.
- 350 g of sugar.
- 350 g semisweet chocolate from @alyser_sa @alyser_market
- 200 g of butter.
- 180 g of flour.
- 120 g chopped walnuts
- 1 kg of pastry dulce de leche.
For the Italian meringue:
- Whites 150 g (5 units).
- Sugar 300 g.
- Water c/n.
Additional features:
- Fresh raspberries 100 g.
- Fresh mint 50 g.
PROCEDURE:
For the brownie:
1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar.
2. On the other hand, melt the chocolate together with the butter.
3. Mix the two preparations, add the sifted flour and finally the chopped walnuts.
4. Place on a plate with greased parchment paper or greased and floured mold.
5. Bake at 180 degrees.
For the Italian meringue:
1. Place the sugar in a saucepan, cover with water to dissolve the crystals.
2. Bring to the heat without stirring and cook at 118/121 degrees.
3. Whip the egg whites into snow.
4. Add the syrup in a thread while continuing to beat.
5. Continue beating until the meringue is room temperature. If desired, you can grill it with a blowtorch
