White Chocolate Mud Cake
A great tasting and rich white chocolate mud cake.
Ingredients
250g butter
250g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Block
200ml water
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
1 3/4 cups plain flour
1 cup self-raising flour
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
ICING
125g butter
125g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Block
3/4 cup icing sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 150C.
Cake: Heat butter، sugar، chocolate and water in a saucepan and stir over low heat until well combined.
Sift both flours together and blend into chocolate mixture.
