2 cup caster sugar
100 gm melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mashed banana
4 tablespoon refined oil
2 teaspoon powdered coffee
1 teaspoon baking powder

HOW TO MAKE BANANA COFFEE CAKE

Sift the flour into a large bowl with baking powder and add the sugar and mix well.

Break the eggs and add the vanilla essence, butter, milk, walnuts, almonds, raisins, coffee and mashed bananas. Beat thoroughly so that no lumps are formed.

Transfer this to a greased pan lined with parchment paper. Ensure that you have dusted the paper with a little flour.

Place the pan into a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius or 360 degree Fahrenheit.
