Chocolate Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- Chocolate curls, optional
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in cooled chocolate. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until serving. Decorate with chocolate curls as desired.

Super easy, great flavor. If you don't have milk chocolate, simply use semi sweet chips and change the sugar from 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup. My chocoholic husband loved this with coconut sprinkled on top in a pecan crust.

I made my own spin on this recipe, which btw without your wonderful recipe to go by I, like many others, wouldn't have known where to start! So thank you for posting it! I used chocolate Graham for the crust, and folded in my own made whipped cream
