Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
¼ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
¾ cup sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars
Instructions:
Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until creamy. Pour over the cooled crust.
Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
Topping: Once cooled, sprinkle chopped Reese's and Butterfinger pieces over the cheesecake. Press them in gently so they stick.
