CHEESECAKE
NO-BAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
INGREDIENTS
Base :
160 gr of oreo cookies
40 grams of butter
Stuffed:
200 gr of whipping cream
100 grams of milk
260 grams of white chocolate
180 gr of cream cheese
15 grams of white sugar
7 gelatin sheets
Coverage:
Jam to taste (mine is pers and chocolate)

INSTRUCTIONS
Base:
1.- Crush the whole cookies, including the filling.
2.- Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the cookies.
3.- Line the base of the mold and smooth the surface with the help of a spoon.
4.- Place in the fridge for half an hour so that the base becomes hard,
Stuffed:
1.- Put the gelatin sheets to hydrate in a bowl with cold water for 10 minutes and meanwhile we are preparing the filling.
2.- Heat the cream with the milk, sugar and chocolate, until the chocolate has melted, and without boiling.
3.- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the cream cheese that we will have previously beaten a little to make it easier to incorporate.
4.- Drain the gelatin leaves and add to the previous preparation. Stir until the ingredients are well integrated.
5.- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and place in the fridge until it has set. It will be ready in less than 4 hours, although it is better to let it rest for 6 to 8 hours.
6.- Unmold and cover with the jam and some white chocolate shavings
